We are looking for waiting staff for our busy Bar & Restaurant based in Mablethorpe. This position is seaonal which a chance of becoming permanent. You can expect to work 25-35 hours per week. References will be required. You will need to be flexible with hours over a 7 days week.

The right candidate will:

EVENING SHIFT MANAGER

FULL time vacancy

We are a family owned 100 cover Pub/Restaurant in Mablethorpe, on the East Coast of Lincolnshire. We serve a full Menu but are renowned for our Carvery and pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

We are looking for an Evening Manager to join our team, this a a full time permanent position with the responsible for the efficient running of the Bar, Kitchen and Restaurant whilst maintaining the Company’s reputation and ethos.

For this role experience in a Management position is preferred although not essential and knowledge of the food & drink industry would be an advantage. Training can be given to suitable candidates who are ready to progress into a management position.

You will need to deliver a first class friendly and efficient service to customers and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the bar and restaurant, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. Our Managers are expected to demonstrate passion and commitment to the business.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Planning and organisational skills.

Self-motivation and the ability to motivate your team.

Never shying away from making tough decisions or dealing with difficult situations.

Capable of leading a large team of staff in a busy environment.
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
